Delaware :: LLC, LP and GP Annual Tax

Delaware Annual Tax

While limited liability companies, limited partnerships and general partnerships formed in the state of Delaware are not required to file an annual report, they are still required to pay an annual tax of $250. The tax is due by June 1 of each year, and failure to meet the deadline will result in a $200 penalty. Furthermore, interest on both the annual tax and the penalty fee accrues at a rate of 1.5% per month, meaning delaying your payment will only cost you more money in the long run.
