West Virginia :: Entities Face Dissolution for Failing to File Annual Reports

According to a recent press release from the West Virginia Secretary of State, more than 9,000 business entities that failed to file annual reports by the original deadline of June 30 may face dissolution. The Secretary of State’s Office mailed out postcard reminders, alerting business owners that they must file by October 31 and pay the late filing fee in order to avoid administrative dissolution or revocation. Business owners are urged to quickly complete the necessary paperwork and return it along with payment to ensure that their businesses remain in good standing. More information is available here.
